Our kitchen loves putting a Southeast Texas twist on traditional favorites, loading pies with everything from smoked brisket and bacon to savory Cajun boudin. Hungry diners can even sample multiple styles on a single crust or dive into hearty double-layer stuffed pies packed with seasoned meats and melted mozzarella. Alongside our signature slices, our ovens turn out brisket and boudin stuffed knots brushed with rich garlic butter and parmesan.
